Our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. We have taken great care in each and every item. They are 100% returnable for workmanship or quality issues. If we made a mistake it will be corrected at our expense. If a mistake was made on your part the correction will be billable.

What If My Bracelet Doesn't Fit?

I will resize it for no charge. You would only pay for the shipping cost (if mailed). After 30 days, if your jewelry needs resized or breaks, I will restring for $5.00 for a single strand and $10 for multiple stranded bracelets, plus the cost of any missing beads and a shipping cost of $3.00 (if mailed). How do I Determine My Wrist Size?

Wrap a tailors tape measure around your wrist. Add one inch to the measurment to determine your wrist size.

How do I Care for my Bracelet?

To care for your sterling silver or 14K gold filled beaded jewelry, you should clean your bracelet at least once a month by using a Jewelry Care Cloth. If you would like to purchase a cloth, they are available. Avoid getting your jewelry wet. The water and soap could tarnish the silver.

After Ordering How Long Will I Have To Wait To Recieve My Order?

Because all of our items are custom hand-made pieces, our production times may vary based upon the time of year. Typical production time is 2 to 3 business days. However, during peak periods around Mother's Day and Christmas, allow up to two weeks. If you need your item by a certain day, please let us know in the comments section at the second step of check-out and we will try our best to meet your needs. The total time to receive your item will be the production time plus shipping time.
